I have had a keen interest in complementary therapies and fitness for many years.
I hold Diplomas in Body Massage, Clinical Aromatherapy, Traditional Indian Head Massage and Reiki of which I am a Master Practitioner. I am also a qualified RSA Exercise to Music teacher having taught keep fit and circuit training for many years.
I am a fully insured member of Embody (formerly the International Guild of Professional Practitioners) and am a lifetime member of the Institute of Indian Head Massage.
During your massage session I may incorporate Deep Tissue Techniques and Trigger point work to aid in the relief of muscle stiffness and pain and as a qualified Aromatherapist I am able to make up specific essential oil blends to enhance your treatment if required.
In all cases I will tailor the massage to suit your individual needs.
