The Therapies - Flower Remedies

Most people are familiar with the soothing effect of Bach Rescue Remedy, particularly if taken before an exam or driving test. There are 38 Flower Remedies, each of which bring about a gentle, yet effective form of natural healing.

Flower Remedies work mainly on the mind and emotions, which in turn, can help physical conditions, such as low energy levels, sleep problems and hyperactivity. Flower Essences are very safe to use and have no harmful side-effects*. They can be used alongside all other treatments or prescribed drugs from your GP - if you're having treatment for a chronic illness Flower Remedies can complement your treatment and aid your recovery.

Flower Remedies can with a range of emotional conditions, including:

  • stress, anxiety or tension

  • anger, fear, guilt or jealousy

  • sleep problems

  • feeling low, post-natal depression or feelings of despair

  • lack of self-esteem or self-confidence

Flower Remedies are highly effective with babies and children and can help with many conditions, such as tantrums, nightmares, jealousy of a new brother or sister and feeling 'out of sorts'.

A Flower Therapy session lasts between half an hour and an hour.

*Please note that Flower Essences are preserved in a small amount of alcohol
