I work in the South Gloucestershire area as a Complementary Therapist, and Baby Massage Instructor. I hold qualifications in Reflexology and Vertical Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage, Reiki 1 & 2, and Seated Acupressure Massage.

I can offer appointments in your own home if you are not able to get to the clinic, and can also arrange to visit your workplace for 'On-Site' massage treatments. As a Baby Massage Instructor, I run classes to teach parents how to give Baby Massage, either 1:1 in your home, or in small groups.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and work under their Code of Ethics. As such, I am committed to continued professional development, and enjoy keeping up to date with new ideas and treatments.

I am also a qualified Nurse with 25 years experience in many areas of healthcare. I have always been interested in the gentle art of Complementary Therapies, and feel they are even more relevant in our stressful lives today. I continue to work part time in Nursing, while practicing as a Therapist.
